个人简介:
2008年7月在北京大学物理学院获理学学士学位,2014年1月在北京大学物理学院获得博士学位,凝聚态物理方向,其间赴瑞典Lund大学访问学习。2014年入职清华大学交叉信息研究院做博士后工作,2016年4月入职华北电力大学,现为数理学院讲师。
科研情况:
半导体低维量子体系,包括二维半导体材料和基于半导体二维电子气的纳米器件的制备、测试表征。主要研究纳米材料或者纳米器件中的电学输运性质、自旋性质、光谱性质、光电性质等等。近年来主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1项,中央高校基本业务费面上项目1项,参与国家科技重大专项1项,国家自然科学基金重大研究计划项目培育项目1项,面上项目1项。
